Performs a variety of office support functions to include serving as the agency receptionist. Additional duties include, but are not limited to: Answering the switchboard, typing intake cards, issuing work permits, helping with other clerical duties when needed and as time allows.
High School graduation

Bi-Lingual ability (English/Spanish) is desirable
Pre-Employment Drug Screening
Demonstrated possession of the knowledge, skills and abilities gained through at least one year of office assistant/secretarial experience; or a combination of training and experience.
